ASSEMBLY NOTICE
Dear Parents
A final reminder about what your child needs to wear during our assembly this Friday. Each child is representing their culture so they need to wear clothing for their culture. They can bring some comfortable mufti clothes to wear after the assembly. The children do not have to wear their uniform this Friday.

ST PATRICK'S DAY
This Tuesday, March 17th is St Patrick's Day. The children may wear one item that is green e.g ribbons, badge, hat etc. The students are required to still wear their school uniform.
SCHOOL DISCO THIS FRIDAY!
THE FIRST SCHOOL PTFA DISCO FOR THE YEAR IS FRIDAY 20TH MARCH FROM 5PM-8PM. The student councillors have voted for a Famous People or Character themed Disco.
There will be food and drinks for sale. Looking forward to seeing lots of Room 6 students!

6.30-7.30- Literacy (Room 6) and Numeracy (Room 8) Support in the Juniors. How to help your child at home with their Reading, Writing or Maths. (There are 2, 30 minute sessions running- one at 6.30pm and again at 7pm)
6.30-7.30pm- E-Learning support in the Library. Teachers will work individually with parents to answer all your ipad/computer questions, e.g. how to get on class blogs and good apps to use for learning etc

LIFE EDUCATION
As part of our Health Programme, Room 6 visited the Life Education caravan today. We met Muriel and Harold! We are learning about What gives us Energy?
We learnt about different types of food and where food comes from. We are looking forward to our second lesson on Wednesday.
